This is awfully dreadful news. According to a study a very
low percentage of teenagers in England attain the highest level of maths
compared to other rich countries. The consequent lack of adding up, timesing
and dividing skills must go some way to explain why our banking system is full
of nincompoops as they do a lot of sums in banks.
